Fundamental Pilates: Learn how to strengthen your core and stabilize your spine while you increase flexibly and range of motion by moving in proper alignment and proper muscle recruitment. Learn breathing techniques to access and initiate deepest abdominals.

Weekly classes.

Cost: $40 per session, per person Package: $375 / 10 sessions, per person

Core Stretch: Learn how to correctly stretch (release, make space, heal joints) by having proper alignment of your bones and the right amount of core engagement.

Your body requires proper skeletal alignment to function efficiently and without pain.  In order to maintain this alignment a regular program of stretching  to release and recover the use of muscles and tendons is essential. Core stretching integrates deep abdominal engagement and an awareness of your bodies positioning to get the most out of your time stretching your body. This leads to freer joints a more flexible and healthy spine and better vitality. Less injuries.

Small Semi-Private Group Lessons: Small group lessons are are hour-long sessions shared by up to 4 individuals who have the opportunity to experience all Pilates equipment. By limiting the class to 4 students, close attention can be paid to each individual to make sure the exercises are challenging and done properly. You may or may not work with the same individuals each week, and we will try to pair up people with similar fitness levels and experience.

Cost: $40 per session, per person Package: $375 / 10 sessions, per person

Duet Lessons: Small group lessons are are hour-long sessions shared by up to 4 individuals who have the opportunity to experience all Pilates equipment. By limiting the class to 4 students, close attention can be paid to each individual to make sure the exercises are challenging and done properly. You may or may not work with the same individuals each week, and we will try to pair up people with similar fitness levels and experience.

Cost: $55 per session, per person Package: $500 / 10 sessions, per person

*Note: If your duet partner cancels or cannot make it, your lesson will be cancelled unless there is someone at the studio to take your partner’s place or the remaining individual opts for a private lesson.

Private Pilate Lessons: Private lessons are an hour of individualized, one-on-one instructions with coaching specific to your body’s fitness and/or rehabilitation needs. With undivided attention to a student’s specific needs, private lessons are the best way to produce optimum results.

Cost: $100 per session, per person Package: $450 / 5 sessions, per person
