Who needs to stretch? Everyone!! What is stretching “right"? Well, over our lifetime, through bad postural habits and repetitive movement, the skeleton and muscular system can (and usually does) create imbalances in your body. Stretching muscles and tendons can restore the body to its original and designed alignment. The problem is, once the body HAS bad habits, it tends to over use those for everything and is difficult to attain good posture. So if you aren’t stretching in right alignment and with some muscular stability — those stubborn tight muscles won’t want to release and your posture won’t be fixed.
